A deep single cutaway allows for excellent fingerboard access, while a thin satin finish on a solid spruce top as well as finely scalloped X-bracing allows for a crystal clear, resonant tone. Signature D'Angelico details include an undersized version of their traditional headstock, archtop-inspired Scalini pickguard and Antique Bronze hardware. Focused on offering tremendous quality at an accessible price point, the Gramercy also features a Fishman Sonitone onboard preamp for easy, true-to-tone amplification. A remarkably comfortable mahogany neck capped with a rosewood fingerboard provides an excellent feel as well as a warm, well-balanced sound.
