About This Product
The AEGB24E is an AEG series acoustic/ electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2022. The model features a thin body with a soft Florentine cutaway. The top is laminated Sapele with herringbone purfling and black binding on Sapele back and sides. The round soundhole has an acrylic rosette and the back features a black centre strip inlay. It has a 3-piece Nyatoh/Maple neck with a 32" scale, 21-fret walnut fingerboard with white dot position markers. Electronics consist of an Ibanez under-saddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-2T preamp with an onboard tuner powered by a 9V battery and a ¼" stereo output.
